Pluto Out-of-Bounds South from August 29th-November 23rd, 2025: UK the First Domino to Fall?

Just prior to the Operation Raise the Colours campaign that begun in August 2025, I noticed many videos warning about a potential civil war or turmoil that could occur in England in the near future. One of the premises in some of these videos was that many English people on both the left and the right no longer feel represented by their government any longer.  English people are upset about immigration, free speech censorship, bureaucratic encroachment, and economic stagnation. In addition to the social aspects leading to the fracture of English society, the economic component is highly significant. England won’t be able to pay its debts soon and may need a bailout from the EU or IMF, according to some experts. Official sources say the UK economy has slow growth, faces a technical recession, and high inflation. On top of this, there is news that France’s debt is out of control and may need a bailout. One can’t help but think about both of these issues of social tensions and economic hardships through the filter of horoscopic astrology and recent astrological sky weather. Pluto is currently out-of-bounds, and this is a rare phenomenon. A planet is out-of-bounds when its declination is greater than the maximum declination of the sun, which is 23 degrees and 27 minutes north or south of the celestial equator. Planets that are out-of-bounds are unrestrained, unconventional, and extreme, can manifest in exaggerated and unpredictable ways, and can lead to the breaking of rules, taboos, and extraordinary behavior. Generally, when Pluto goes out-of-bounds it can correspond to an obsession with control and power or its inverse in popular revolutionary movements and the replacement of government structures and control systems, at least on a mundane level. Pluto OOB North last occurred from 1938-1953 and it paralleled the advent of totalitarian forms of government, war, and mass killing. The postwar order was built in this period and unlike the previous Pluto out-of-bounds period from 1775-1796 the elites and leaders of various nation states had the advantage over the people and collective. The evidence for this isn’t just the temporary success of the Axis powers but also the military victories and expansion of the Communist regimes, the creation of the American national security state, the creation of international bodies like the United Nations, and the creation of the state of Israel. Pluto when it is out-of-bounds to the south has the opposite manifestation to the totalitarianism and advent of governments and elites over the people they control and rule over. Pluto OOB in southern declination hasn’t occurred since the time of the American Revolution and the French Revolution, and the current out-of-bounds transit is likely to be a period of conflict over liberty. Every system has its blind spots, and in some cases even the most ostensibly humanitarian models—such as those of modern western democracies—may be challenged, repudiated, and replaced. It should be noted that for the duration of the total time that Pluto goes out-of-bounds from 2025-2035 it will spend some time in bounds and some time out-of-bounds each year.¹ Examination of the last Pluto OOB period shows some interesting characteristics.

Upon analysis of the periods that Pluto was out-of-bounds in northern declination during the Second World War and the beginnings of the Cold War, many key events of the period occurred in the periods of each year that Pluto wasn’t out-of-bounds. However, one can trace a general narrative and psychological shifts that occurred during each period that Pluto was out-of- bounds. Pluto is a planet that is characterized by secrecy and the periods it is out-of-bounds aren’t necessarily going to be the loudest, with the most prominent and explosive events, but rather periods that might coincide with some major events and possible behind the scenes shifts, as well as psychological shifts. While the Pluto OOB period is significant, each period of the planet going out-of-bounds won’t be characterized by major events but rather will be the outgoing tide. Also, the first Pluto OOB period should have a dramatic effect on the psychology and collective consciousness, and will convince many that the world is in a power crisis, as occurred in 1938 or 1775. Regardless of other cycles or planets, a Pluto OOB period can be likened to a period where storm clouds appear for a long period that matches the duration of the entire out-of-bounds period, and each yearly shift out-of-bounds leads to a new narrative and change of conditions on the ground. In a period of northern declination, the instruments of the few over the many have the upper hand while in a period of southern declination the many will have the upper hand over the machinations of the few.

Given that Pluto Out-of-Bounds has finally begun, one can’t help but wonder if the upcoming protest planned by Tommy Robinson and his supporters for September 13th (or some other catalyzing event this fall, prompted in part by an economic crisis with the lunar nodes now in Virgo and Pisces, the last time corresponding to the 2007-8 financial crisis) might be the event that starts the uprising pitting the people versus the elites, with the people having the upper hand this time around. Will the UK be the first domino to fall? Will other countries in the West follow? Or will it be a subtle period that lays the groundwork for events that will occur when Pluto returns to bounds. Though Pluto OBB periods aren’t always explosive and aligned with key moments, they definitely represent a major shift that everyone will notice as the world descends into a power crisis.
